Job description

Supporting the lawyers legally as well as administratively for the preparation and management of client files:

• Entering new files into the system (toga) digitally;
• Chronological sorting of the file: correspondence, supporting documents, etc.;
• Drawing up a factual history of the file;
• Listing the legal queries/problem defining in close collaboration with the lawyer, file manager;
• Researching legal problem statements;
• Writing a report on the searches;
• …
